This Code has been developed on the basis of generally recognized principles and norms of international law, rules of business interaction accepted in the global community, and norms of business ethics. It describes the basic principles of interaction, rules of behavior, and requirements for members. The principles and norms set forth in this Code are binding for all Members without exception. The provisions of the Code should be accepted by all members as a guide to action in their daily work.

General Provisions:
Any craftsman who complies with the principles, shows a voluntary desire and is interviewed by the representatives of the organization can become a member of the organization. The organization values competence and professionalism, knowledge and experience, initiative and focus on success, corporate cohesion and dynamism, integrity and discipline. These qualities ensure sustainable development. The organization believes that equal opportunities economically, socially and educationally are necessary for the individual and brand to flourish, for human dignity to be respected and for the well-being of members to be enhanced. It is a violation of business ethics to discriminate against and create an intolerant environment for colleagues or business partners. Creating an intolerant environment is defined as a situation in which a person is disliked on the basis of nationality, religion, gender, age, disability or the same attributes of a relative or friend. Intolerant environment includes any form of disrespectful behavior that degrades human dignity.
In the conditions of treacherous and continuing aggression against Ukraine, a person who in any form allows support and approval of the actions of the aggressor cannot become a member of our organization. Each member of the organization, joining it, fully supports this position and consciously condemns the actions of the aggressor. In his work, a member of the organization should not cooperate with persons or companies that do not share this position.
We build relationships with members on the principles of long-term cooperation, mutual respect and strict fulfillment of mutual obligations. In all their actions, employees must show and confirm their respect for each other and for each other’s contribution to the common cause.
Respecting each other’s dignity, employees do not tolerate rudeness, regardless of the criticality of the situation. Violation of moral and business behavioral norms is considered intolerable. Each colleague is considered an “internal” customer, and communication with them requires the same professionalism, correctness and interest as communication with external customers. Friendliness, openness and mutual respect help to create a positive impression of the organization and the brand as a whole.
Active participation in the life of the organization is encouraged, contributing to the development of corporate culture and internal cooperation. The organization evaluates and encourages any ideas of members, the implementation of which may be important for personal and brand development.
The organization adheres to the principle of neutrality towards social movements, political parties and associations. Its activities are focused on the interests of the members and the brand. The general principles of the member’s work should be in line with the brand image of the organization.
In case of non-compliance with the basic provisions and principles of the organization, lack of activity and other factors not in line with the values of the organization, the person may be excluded by a decision of the management.
All the above provisions and principles are binding on all members of the organization.
